The K-8 co-educational community is small enough (375 students and 48 faculty-staff) for everyone to know one another, and large enough to provide rich curricular and co-curricular opportunities. Its student-teacher ratio is 10:1, and average class size 18 to 19 students. The Middle School is located on a 70-acre campus. Our K-8 co-educational school draws students from Richmond City and the surrounding counties of Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Chesterfield and Powhatan. St. Michael’s offers two classes per grade with a faculty ratio of 1:11. Most classes average 20 students.The Lower School, which serves approximately 240 kindergarten through fifth graders, is located on the fourteen acre Bon Air Campus in Chesterfield County. The Middle School, which serves approximately 135 sixth through eighth graders, is located just 10 minutes away on the scenic thirty acre W.E. and Dale Harman Singleton Campus.
