All Saints’ Episcopal Day School, located in Central Phoenix, seeks an experienced Associate/Assistant Director of Admissions starting July 2018. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for much of the day-to-day operations of the Office of Admissions including:
Responding to all inquiries and counseling prospective families regarding the admissions process
Scheduling and leading family meetings, campus tours, campus visits and assessments
Tracking applicant files to ensure that checklist items are received and processed
Assisting with the selection and retention of an optimum enrollment of students with the highest probability of success
Evaluating and executing admission decisions
Coordination of the admission committee meetings and assisting in review of applicant files
Working with newly-enrolled families coordinating the Summer Buddy Program and various orientation events with the parent association
Planning and coordinating, in consultation with other members of the admission staff, all admission events
Assisting with marketing outreach and admission related paperwork including the online application and supporting materials
Attending Committee for Inclusion and Multicultural Education meetings
Managing the event and timeline calendar to ensure yearly flow of events
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of school culture, ethos and curriculum for pre-k through eighth grade.
