Dana Hall School, a school for girls in grades 5-12 in Wellesley, Massachusetts, seeks to hire a Director of Community, Equity, and Inclusion.
The Director of Community, Equity, and Inclusion [DCEI] will report to the Head of School and will serve on the Administrative Team. This is a 12-month senior leadership position. The DCEI will work collaboratively with students, administrators, faculty, staff, families, and trustees to nurture and strengthen a diverse, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning community.
The DCEI will partner with the Administrative Team to lead programmatic initiatives in the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion, in order to ensure that Dana Hall maintains academic excellence grounded in the richness of a diversity of perspectives and lived experiences and in innovative learning.

Applicants should have the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field and participation in in-depth training in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices at nationally recognized seminars and workshops
Experience as a teacher and teacher-leader with deep knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and child and adolescent development, and ability to work effectively with adults and students
Diversity and inclusion leadership experience within a school setting
Excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal and collaborative skills, speaking and writing skills, strong listening skills, organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on projects
Program design and implementation experience
