The Director of Signature and Special Programs is a key member of the school leadership team and is responsible for working closely with an established team of leaders to provide the overall leadership, vision, and strategic planning direction of the school's efforts in such areas as athletics, fine arts, counseling, resources for our Learning Center, and summer trips. The new hire will report directly to the Headmaster and be responsible for the management, leadership and implementation of these major school efforts. The Director of Signature and Special Programs will work closely with other members of the school's administrative staff, faculty, students, and parents.

They need to be highly organized, strong in building relationships, and willing to work with the entire community to continue to build strong, dynamic programs that meet the needs of our students. They need to demonstrate a sense of initiative, collaboration, value a true sense of entrepreneurialism with a commitment that allows them to build on current strengths and be flexible and innovative in the pursuit of new and more proactive ways to support the schools ongoing strategic plan.
