The Academy at Penguin Hall seeks a full-time modern language teacher (Spanish/French) beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. Applicants must possess an exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have experience creating curriculum to make language come alive in a classroom rich with differentiated instruction and immersion. Strong preference will be given to applicants with an advanced, subject-area degree and prior independent school upper school teaching experience. Outside of the classroom full time faculty at The Academy serve as advisors, club facilitators, and/or coaches.
