Eton School, a non-profit independent school enrolling 260 students in preschool through 8th grade, seeks a Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management is a member of the Institutional Advancement Team and the Senior Administrative Team. He/She is responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process and a comprehensive strategy to recruit, enroll, and retain a mission-appropriate diverse and vibrant student body.
Design and oversee an admission program which effectively conveys Eton School’s mission, philosophy, values, and culture to prospective families and students.
Oversee the admission process and coordinate efforts to interview and assess applicants for all grade levels and communicate admission process to applicant families.
Work with the Head of School and Director of Communications and Marketing to develop a strategic recruitment and communication plan that includes identifying and implementing effective web-based technologies and social media.
Work with the Director of Communications and Marketing to manage website content and produce effective marketing materials.
Manage re-enrollment of current students in coordination with the Business Office.
Develop and refine a comprehensive Enrollment Management Plan which promotes Eton School and addresses recruitment, enrollment, and retention of mission-appropriate students.
Work with the Head of School and Chief Financial Officer in managing the Financial Aid process.
Collect and analyze data on internal and external factors affecting enrollment, student success (including retention), and the school’s image.
Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with those in charge of the academic program (Assistant Head of School and Lead Teachers).
Represent Eton School at the regional and national level.

Five years’ experience in education and/or independent school admissions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to think creatively and critically
Experience as Director of Admissions/Enrollment Management
Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practice
