The Peck School, a coed, K - 8, independent school in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a full-time Latin Teacher for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator capable of delivering an engaging and thoughtful curriculum in a student-centered environment. A hallmark of the Peck Latin Program is its commitment to innovation. Through immersive projects and transformative use of technology, Latin students delve into the language, culture, context, and history of this important subject. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of foreign language instruction and pedagogy, including methodologies such as TPRS, as well as a commitment to meeting the individual needs of students. The ability to instruct in Spanish or French is a plus. All candidates should have a minimum of two years teaching experience and a background or degree in education.
