The Bryn Mawr School, a college preparatory independent day school (K-12) is seeking a part time administrative assistant in the College Counseling office with primary responsibility for supporting the work of the College Counselors and facilitating the college process with students and parents.
Qualified candidates must be strong, positive, and proactive communicators, highly organized, with strong writing skills and a firm understanding of how to use current technology to enhance the functions of the office. She/he must be self-motivated, flexible, able to work both independently and cooperatively in an academic environment with good judgement in setting priorities in a fast-paced setting. Computer competency is essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, databases and Google applications. Knowledge of the web-based counseling platform Naviance Workspace/Family Connect, SCOIR, and Blackbaud products is preferred.
