The Archdiocese of New York, Department of Education (ADE) seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Director for Enrollment Management and Financial Assistance (DEMFA). The Archdiocese of New York, Department of Education seeks an individual with the leadership skills to reach ambitious enrollment and quality goals. The successful candidate will become a part of the Catholic education community of New York City. S/he must have experience enhancing market segmentation in academic disciplines, facilitating the use of media-driven technologies for purposes of marketing and measuring recruitment success, and designing and implementing strategies for improving enrollment retention. S/he must possess exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and personal skills and a deep understanding of traditional and non-traditional student populations.
The DEMFA should have extensive experience and a proven track record as an enrollment management professional with a comprehensive understanding of today’s higher education marketplace. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating short- and long-term enrollment strategies to reach specific enrollment goals and have experience developing tuition maximization strategies and predictive modeling through the use of financial aid funds and other recruitment tools.
