Lauralton Hall is seeking a visionary and strategically-minded Athletic Director. This 12-month senior administrative position reports directly to the Head of School and works closely with personnel in Athletic and Physical Education Departments. The Athletic Director is a member of the Leadership Team and attends area meetings, conference and league meetings, and State Athletic Director meetings. The position directly supervises the Athletic Department Staff.

Experience in the field of athletics including experience as a high school coach, and demonstrated leadership experience in sports management is preferred. Successful candidate must have interpersonal skills that combine professionalism, passion, diplomacy, and tact. She/he must be and excellent listener, public speaker and writer and have the proven ability to supervise and manage people and programs. Independent school coaching and athletic administration experience preferred.
