Teaches American History, Pre AP American History, and world history
Designs reasonable teaching plans according to curricular requirements.
Follows and complies with teaching standards and safety regulations
Participates in curriculum and other developmental programs
Assigns and corrects homework related to the curriculum.
Prepares and administer quizzes, tests, and other student assessments as needed.
Gives needed guidance to students, responds to students’ questions in a timely manner.
Evaluates academic and social growth of students, prepares report cards, keeps appropriate records to include attendance reports
Communicates with parents and school counselors on student performance and progress timely.
Participates in faculty committees and the sponsorship of student activities
Performs other duties as many, from time to time by assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:
Master’s Degree in education or above in a related major,
Solid expertise in advanced Humanities.
Creative and artistic teaching abilities; proficient at interactive teaching.
Patience, flexibility and great interpersonal skills
Good team-player attitude and solid communication skills.
Willingness to be involved extra-curricular activities
