Riverstone International School is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Residential Coordinator with on-site residence expected from approximately early August 2018 to mid-June 2019.
The Residential Coordinators are responsible for the program development and implementation of the school’s residential program. Working together, two full-time Residential Coordinators and two part-time Residential Assistants will create a safe and nurturing home environment for the school’s 32 residential students in grades 9-12, ensuring a safe and positive experience for residential students that aligns with the school’s mission and guiding principles.
While Riverstone is located on the eastern edge of Boise in a beautiful residential area, the school’s residential facility built in 2016, “Riverstone House,” is located in Boise’s vibrant downtown, providing a unique experience for students and the residential team.
A successful candidate will have experience in a secondary school boarding program with leadership and management responsibility; teaching or counseling experience; a passion for residential life; and a calm and friendly demeanor. Fluency with a second language and international experience is desirable.
