Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy (www.fsha.org), a Catholic, Dominican, college-preparatory day and boarding high school for girls is seeking nominations and applications for a full-time Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. Founded in 1931 by the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose, FSHA offers cutting-edge academic opportunities, unparalleled co-curricular experiences and a dedicated and talented faculty. The day program at FSHA consists of approximately 350 students from the greater Los Angeles area, while the boarding program hosts 63 students from the United States and across the globe, primarily from China.
Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management works to embrace and articulate the mission of the school and to lead and guide the creation and attainment of strategic recruiting objectives. She/he will not only be responsible for articulating the strategic enrollment philosophy to the external community, but also will collaborate with school departments to ensure its proper execution from inquiry to graduation. The Director also works collaboratively in the promotion and marketing of the school, ensuring cohesive messaging in the recruitment, enrollment and retention of students. The Director is a member of the Academy leadership team, is the leader of the Admissions Committee for day and boarding students and serves as a liaison to various committees at the school. The Director of Admission and Enrollment Management supervises the Assistant Director of Admissions and the Admissions Coordinator.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to motivate staff, a high level of personal integrity and energy, strong written and oral communication skills, and will enthusiastically represent the spirit, culture, and mission of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy to current and prospective students and parents in a warm and professional manner. Qualified applicants will have approximately 7 or more years of leadership experience in Admissions. Experience with international and domestic boarding recruitment is preferred.
