Effectively builds and maintains relationships with students, parents and faculty/staff.
Coordinates, organizes and implements systems to ensure smooth operations in the Center for Student Success.
Attends Professional Development Programs and college related presentations/conferences.
Uses Naviance, Rep Visits and shared Google Sheets to record and coordinate college admissions visits with De La Salle High School.
Develops and gives workshops on scholarship resources and opportunities.
Researches and promotes summer enrichment programs.
Coordinates scheduling community college on site meeting, ELM and ELP testing and student registration.
Supervises and assigns tasks to student interns within the department.
Creates and manages the CSS departmental Google documents and shared calendars.
Responsible for calendaring in collaboration with De La Salle High School over 140 college representative visits.
Updates Naviance with college visits and scholarships.
Creates departmental master schedule for grade level course advisement.
Aids in the organization and delivery of all college admissions presentations including summer College Kickstart.
Assists the Director of Student Activities in creating recognition of student academic achievement for recognition and awards assemblies.
Works with outside vendors to provide onsite ACT and SAT test prep courses to Carondelet students.
Creates and updates the E-Red Binder.
Updates and promotes summer enrichment programs.
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of College T-shirt Day.
Creates and maintains an archive of student files and college acceptances.
Responsible for communicating with colleges and universities to obtain College Book Awards nominations.
Uploads and sends student transcripts to colleges and processes all other transcript requests related to transfers and students entering and departing school.
Posts all Student Success communications via Schoology, Newsletter and Website.
Does all facility/ technology requests for CSS events.
Maintains, updates, and emails monthly College and Career Newsletter.
Sets-up and manage student advisement meetings with college counselors.
Sets-up and update scheduling Google forms as needed at the beginning of scheduling season.
Builds pre-requisite cheat sheet at the beginning of scheduling season and identify incompatibilities between Carondelet and De La Salle.
Updates online course catalog to reflect new courses, deletion of courses, or update in language.
Partners with the VP for Academics and Ed Tech on the creation and update of student schedules.
Updates Powerschool to place courses in correct period, updates faculty and/or room assignments.
Loads students requests into Powerschool after initial course requests have been made
Populates and maintains section count tables.
Determines that prerequisites for all courses have been met before student is officially enrolled.
Collects AP contracts from all students enrolled in an AP course.
Manages waitlist and informs VP of Academics and Ed Tech about any changes or course requests that could significantly impact section counts.
Supports VP during scheduling season to clean-up and identify scheduling conflicts for students.
Processes schedule changes, obtaining approval from appropriate party (Department Chair, VP for Academics, College Counselor) to include the rush of end of school changes and the first weeks of each semester.
Coordinates with business office on billing of course change fees.

Experience with PowerSchool, Schoology, RepVisits and Naviance a plus.
