Trinity Valley School is now accepting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director of Admissions.
The successful candidate will be an active member of the TVS community and will be responsible for building relationships with prospective families and schools. Additionally, the candidate will organize: 1.Admission Events 2.Coordinate Parent and Student Volunteers 3.Help with Promotional Materials. Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required to attend all admissions events.
Prior Experience in educational administration, teaching, marketing, and/or diagnostic testing is desirable
Prior experience with admissions in an independent school community strongly preferred
Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Passion for young people, a love of schools and education
Competency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Email and internet applications
Coaching experience a plus
Status: Exempt/Year round position
Reports to: Director of Admissions and Financial Aid/Associate Director of Admissions
