Hill Top Preparatory School, in Bryn Mawr, PA is a small school for bright and creative students on the high end of the autism spectrum in grades 5 through post-graduate. Renowned for an extra-ordinary program that prepares its graduates for college and independent living, Hill Top is seeking a full time Director of Development. A successful candidate will be hardworking, creative and intuitive with strong organizational, communication and grant writing skills. The Director is responsible for building and executing the annual development plan, overseeing and creating various annual digital appeals with supporting materials, creating a printed Annual Report to all constituencies, managing the annual fund appeal solicitations and the benchmarking process as well as further developing the programs for planned giving and major gifts. This would also include establishing relationships with donors and reporting to the board of trustees on development efforts and participating as a member of several committees of the Board. The Director also is responsible for running special events such as the annual golf tournament.
