Oakcrest School, an independent school guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church for girls in grades 6-12 in Vienna, VA, seeks a part-time Instrumental Music Teacher for the following year-long classes:
6th grade Beginning Instrumental Music
Middle School Chamber Ensemble
Upper School Chamber Orchestra
Music Theory Fundamentals and/or AP Music Theory
Bachelor Degree in Music (Master’s preferred) with a string or flute emphasis
Minimum 3 years teaching experience
Experience with beginning strings and winds methods/instrumental music at the middle school and upper school levels.
