Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for the position of Academic Dean. The Academic Dean is the academic and instructional leader of the Academy and serves as a member of the President's Cabinet. Incumbent is the strategic leader for Academics; duties span from long range planning to managing the daily operations of the academics of the Academy. Departmental duties and objectives are achieved through coordination with other members of the President's Cabinet and with the help of the Assistant Academic Dean, Department Chairpersons, School Counselors, and other staff.
Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of a Master's Degree in Education/Administration, have at least two years of certified teaching experience in a secondary school environment, and two years experience as a school administrator.
