The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Phillips Academy invites applicants for a one-year appointment as Instructor in Religious Studies for the 2018-2019 academic year. We seek a candidate who can teach three sections of Religious Studies, ideally in multiple areas of the discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who additionally: 1) have prior residential life experience and an interest in living in a dorm or 2) can teach a section in English or History. Although this is a one-year position, there may be the possibility of openings in the department for the 2019-2020 school year and beyond.
