Oxbridge Academy, a non-profit, independent grade 9-12 school in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking to hire an experienced debate coach for our nationally prominent program. Oxbridge has won national championships at various culminating tournaments, including Tournament of Champions and NSDA Nationals and features a vibrant program in all speech events. In particular, our students in public forum debate and extemporaneous speaking frequently advance to elimination rounds at local, state, and national tournaments. Oxbridge Academy is considered one of the top academic independent high schools in the area.

Assist with creating and researching arguments within a group setting
Assist with identifying needs and establishing goals for the group and individual debaters
Assist with planning and executing events
Coaching a competitive team in a variety of events
