Currey Ingram Academy is currently accepting applications for a full-time Middle School (grades 5-8) Speech/Language Pathologist for the 2018-2019 school year. Candidates should have a graduate degree in speech/language or communication disorders. Preference is given to candidates possessing ASHA certification, Tennessee licensure, or eligibility for TN licensure. Strong CF candidates will be considered. Responsibilities include providing Middle School speech/language therapy (both group and individual), teaching SLP integrated Language Arts, completing assessments, writing Individualized Learning Plans, and leading an advisory group. As an advisor, the teacher will work with students to promote strategies for academic success, monitor Individual Learning Plan goals, and attend parent conferences.
