We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, and organized professional with strong interpersonal skills to act as an administrative associate in the school office of a K-8, progressive Jewish Community Day School in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Greet guests and visitors
Manage incoming telephone calls, messages and emails
Support and follow through on parent requests
Administrative support to Business Office: monthly paypal reconciliations, cross reference credit card statements, filing
Manage Senior Systems database and internal data for attendance, progress reports, student and family data, and employee roster
Mange lunch orders, afterschool registrations, summer camp, and other forms
Equid School Store: do all additions and updates
Provide assistance to Head of School and additional leadership, as needed
