Robert C. Parker School seeks an experienced teacher for our established Spanish program. We seek a warm, caring, positive individual who is committed to a hands-on and project oriented teaching. Teaching responsibilities include grades preK-8, with most of the teaching assigned in the middle school. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong classroom management skills. The Spanish teacher also coordinates a week-long exchange program with a partner school in Barcelona. Our school is comprised of a dedicated, collaborative faculty, and an ability to see the Spanish program as part of the whole school is important.
The position begins for school year 2018-19, with orientation in late August.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree and experience in an independent school is preferred.
