Dean of Students, Director of Studies/Curriculum, Division Head/Principal
The Barstow School in cooperation with Peking University Experimental School (Suqian) are opening a new international school in the fall of 2018 and are seeking candidates for the position of Academic Dean.
The position will involve supervising all aspects of the academic program as a member of the senior leadership team. This will include providing guidance and supervision of faculty and students, implementing the academic schedule, working with the Barstow School and Peking University Experimental School to recruit students and faculty etc. A complete job description will be provided to candidates once resumes are received.
The position will include housing and relocation expenses and the successful candidate will oversee the opening of the school on the recently built campus in Suqian.
This is a fabulous opportunity for an educator who is looking to work internationally and further their career in administration.
A minimum of 7 years teaching experience.
Commitment to working internationally.
Be willing to supervise both international and Chinese faculty.
Be prepared to act as the spokesperson for the school and lead open house and admission events.
