Norwood-Fontbonne Academy (NFA), a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, located in Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia, has an immediate opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant in its Development Office.
This role is responsible for relational database work and office procedures that support the Development office, alumni relations, and the Academy’s special events.
The ideal candidate should have experience in relational database management and possess excellent communication skills as well as skills in general office procedures.
This part-time position reports to the Director of Development and works collaboratively with the Mission Advancement office staff.

proficient in relational database management technology (DonorPerfect preferred), Microsoft Office, Google suite, and fundraising software;
experience in school and/or non-profit business operations preferred
