HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy is located in University City, Philadelphia. We provide a day program as well as boarding options to students with Cerebral Palsy, promoting independence and improving the quality of life for youth in a safe and secure environment.
We currently have an opening for a part-time (24 hours) Admissions Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive Admissions program with responsibility for recruiting students for education, with and without boarding.
Other responsibilities include providing outreach to educators, parents, physicians and other referral sources to increase school wide admissions efforts, attending conferences, fairs, conventions and other off-site events throughout the year.
Eligibility requirements include a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred; training and experience in Special Education Administration, Social Work, Special Education or related field; at least 5 years experience. Must be willing to travel frequently.
