The Director of Enrollment will work closely with the head of school, the business office,the associate head for external relations, and others to develop strategies and efficient systems in support of domestic enrollment; create a strategic marketing plan designed to promote enrollment and fundraising; and assist in the recruitment of international students.
Contribute to the mission and standards of the school by recruiting and retaining students who will benefit from the school’s unique culture and programmatic offerings and contribute to the school community.
Formulate forward-thinking, strategic application, admission, and enrollment policies.
Assign all Financial Aid Awards
Develop and execute annual marketing plan that engages internal and external constituents in the support and promotion of the school, including identifying and implementing best-practice web-based technologies.
Oversee the production of a variety of materials meant to increase the school’s visibility and competitive positioning, and enhance the public’s perception of the school.
A bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
Proven success in increasing sales metrics through creative approaches
The ability to work collaboratively with other school community members
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to compile data and interpret it strategically
