St. Thomas More School has a full time opening in the Office of Admission.
Reporting to the Dean of Admission, the Associate Director of Admission works collaboratively to develop, implement, and support strategic initiatives designed to ensure the Office of Admission reaches its enrollment goals. The Associate's primary focus will be on the domestic market, with moderate travel obligations throughout the year. In collaboration with the Director, s/he will implement a comprehensive recruitment plan for prospective students with an emphasis on leveraging current parents and alums and educating referral sources on the current and evolving STM experience. In this role, the Associate Director will be directly involved in the planning, execution, and analysis of domestic recruitment initiatives and will anchor the on-campus team meeting with prospective families, consultants and visitors.
Plan, execute, and measure effectiveness of domestic recruitment initiatives,
Anchor the team meeting and following up with prospective families,
Build strong professional relationships with colleagues involved in recruitment, enrollment and retention of students,
Oversee Admissions Ambassador program, managed day-to-day by the Assistant Director of Admission/Office Manager,
Support the Director in implementing an effective international recruitment strategy,
Manage a proactive outreach program to referral sources including the educational consulting industry, public, private and parochial middle and high schools, Amateur athletic organizations, etc.),
Communicate clearly, passionately, effectively with prospective students, families, Educational Consultants, feeder schools and others about STM and its value proposition,
Promote a positive work environment that thrives on teamwork.

Minimum 3 years direct admission/recruiting experience in a high school or college admissions office, working knowledge of online marketing/social media channels, efficient with creating/posting content, technology literate – competent with applicant management systems, office, G suite, etc., demonstrated strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills, willingness/ability to travel, willingness to work nights and weekends as determined by office recruitment plan, valid U.S. Driving license, ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs without assistance.
