Live Oak School currently has an opening for a School Receptionist and Registrar.
The School Receptionist and Registrar position is a full-time position and reports to the Director of Administration. This person should be warm, friendly, professional and approachable. They should also be excellent at multitasking and work well in a busy school environment. This person should have strong communication and organizational skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office, Google docs, and the latest version of Filemaker Pro. At least 2-3 years experience in school administrative support is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. Preferred start date: July 30, 2018.
