ISB seeks an Enrichment & Summer Programs Coordinator
ISB has an inquiry-based program that seeks to infuse students’ after-school experience with exploration and inquiry. Overseeing the after-school enrichment and summer programs in the lower and pre-school requires enthusiasm and ingenuity. This position offers an exhilarating experience which requires the capacity to engage with students and parents in differing settings and supervising the after school and summer program instructors.
Candidates should have 2 years experience leading groups of 20 students of varying ages and understand the needs of an after school and summer program. Candidates should also be able to execute ISB’s vision in the enrichment program as well as maintaining vendor relations. This position also requires the ability to manage databases and registration. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must in this role. In order to be successful in this position, candidates must be flexible with delegating, leading and supporting to ensure a strong group dynamic. Candidates should enjoy a collaborative work setting, value diversity and have experience supervising a small team of at least 5 people. Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
