Saint Ann’s School, an independent, non-sectarian day school enrolling 1090 students in Pre-Kindergarten through High School, seeks a dynamic, experienced, passionate individual for its next Director of Finance. We seek an individual with strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and financial management skills who is serious but with a capacious sense of humor, someone who possesses the qualities necessary to effectively support a talented faculty and staff and an increasingly diverse school. We seek a strategic and trusted partner with the head of school, senior administration colleagues, and the board of trustees, a natural leader and mentor for the finance office, an empathetic but clear interlocutor with parents and others, and an avid, eager and visible member of the Saint Ann’s community.
