Facility management degree or five or more years of equivalent related experience in Facility Management or a related field.
Familiar with all standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Facility Management field.
Proven management skills in the area of personnel, time, cost, and quality of facilities management.
Expertise in and an aptitude for administration, management, construction, mechanical equipment, landscaping, computer usage, purchasing, supervision and utility planning.
Able to learn and reproduce the current processes and recommend best practices to streamline and improve.
