WORKING HOURS: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (One hour lunch break)
It is subject to change including early morning, overtime, or weekends, depend on the situation and business needs
DUTIES: Public Relations/Event Coordination and general administrative duties (Duties may vary based on the school’s business needs.)
1) Press release and communication, media relations, production, event coordination, website maintenance and other public relation projects
2) Office front desk services, telephone correspondences, mail/package sorting, proof readings of English documents, data input/processing, and other general administrative tasks
English and Japanese Bilingual (English native speaker is preferable)
English proof reading skill
Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power point, Access)
Desk Top Production (including editing) project experienced
Administration work experienced
Interested in website maintenance, public relation and communications and outreach activities.
