The Summer Program Director is responsible for the overall planning, marketing, and implementation of Summer day and residential programs at The MacDuffie School. The successful applicant will also be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative assistance to our Head of Middle School and Athletic Director. Duties may include, but are not limited to, management of facilities rentals, updating website and calendar, and posting on social media. Incentives available for bringing new business to rental facilities. This role could also be combined with residential duties and housing.

Experience in Google Docs and student data systems is a plus. Experience in a residential school setting preferred. Requires enthusiasm & ability to relate to young people.
About The MacDuffie School
MacDuffie is a small, coeducational, boarding/day, college preparatory school for grades 6 – 12, located in Granby, MA. The school has a very diverse student body. Students represent over 20 countries, as well as a number of local municipalities throughout the Pioneer Valley.
MacDuffie's students compete with their peers on standardized test scores (APs, SATs, ACTs, National Language Exams, etc.), and 100% go to colleges of their choice, including many that are highly selective. About a third of students participate in the arts, and about two thirds in athletics, with some overlap between the groups. The arts programs are highly developed, and every year several students are accepted at prestigious professional schools. Students treat each other and members of the faculty with kindness and consideration, with little delineation between grades or cliques.
