Ursuline Academy is an independent Catholic school in Wilmington, DE. We have an immediate opening for a part time Advancement Services Coordinator (about 20 hours/week for 12 months/year). This position is responsible for assisting the Advancement Director with planning, implementing, coordinating and meeting the strategic goals of Ursuline Academy by providing data, mail and email services for an effective annual, major gift, planned and capital giving programs. This position works closely with members of the Finance Office to ensure accuracy in its financial reporting. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with a positive attitude about Ursuline and philanthropy who possesses the skills of strict confidentiality, the ability to multi-task and exceptional organizational skills.
