The Upper School of Sierra Canyon seeks a coach for its speech and debate program. The job includes meeting with the team several days per week after school as well as coordinating and attending weekend tournaments. Prior experience as a coach is highly valued and experience as is competition when a former student. Candidate should have knowledge of and experience with working in several different capacities in speech and debate (e.g., Lincoln-Douglass and Public Forum platforms). Candidate should also have experience working with 7th through 12th grade students, though the position is mainly for 9th - 12th grade.
