Seeking an applicant who is innovative, collaborative, and student-centered to fulfill the duties of both media specialist and technology integrationist. The qualified applicant will demonstrate past success in creating a supportive and challenging environment for a wide range of learners through differentiated instruction, effective classroom management practices, creative problem solving, and partnerships with colleagues and families.
Responsibilities include active collaboration with students and staff to ensure successful and authentic integration of technology and information literacy skills. Additionally, position is responsible for maintaining and developing a rich collection of materials and tools for the entire learning community. Maintaining school-wide technology, including help desk tickets, device updates, and network printers is also a function of this position.
This is a full time and permanent position that requires flexibility and organization in order to meet the distinct, but often related, demands of both a librarian and technology integrationist. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required and state certification preferred.

Recent experience and a strong library-media/information technology background with the ability to use online subscription databases and web resources
Expertise in educational technology, including computer operation, productivity software, and network knowledge
Ability to provide technology support and manage tech inventory
Knowledge of instructional methods, strategies, and pedagogy
Current (or in the process of receiving) teaching certification
