Dwight School Athletic Center is seeking a qualified individual to work under the supervision of the DSAC Manager. We are seeking an energetic, empathetic, and detail oriented customer advocate for our team, who will be responsible for all day-to-day interactions with our customers over email, chat, and phone.
Greet students, members, guests, visitors, and staff with a smile
Manage the identification photo station and registration of students, employees and members
Manage the check-in of all individuals for attendance of the center
Helps handle all facility substitutions and coverage
Receive and distribute mail
Oversees all office technology
Maintains office supplies under the supervision of the DSAC Manager
Organize lost and found
Additional responsibilities delegated by the DSAC Manager as required
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Salary - $15/hour
