Kent Place School seeks a Director of Annual Giving to plan, execute, and manage our annual giving campaign by creating engaging strategies for all of the School’s constituencies: alumni, parents, parent of alumni, faculty and staff, grandparents, and friends. The Director is responsible for increasing annual giving revenue, broadening the base of support, retaining and upgrading donors through appropriate stewardship, and strengthening the major gift pipeline. This position also provides guidance and support to the annual fund volunteers and solicits leadership gifts for The Kent Place Fund. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of principles and practices of development, have excellent communication skills, familiarity with Google suite and Raiser's Edge, and experience managing volunteers. Must be willing to travel for overnight trips and work some evenings. Requirements: college degree and minimum 5 years of experience in independent school fundraising.
