Charles Wright Academy is an independent coeducational day school offering a broad curriculum in the liberal arts. Founded in 1957, the school enrolls 680 students in grades junior kindergarten through twelve. We are located in a suburban neighborhood southwest of Tacoma, approximately one mile from Puget Sound and within the shadow of Mt. Rainier.

Helps maintain the campus grounds by mowing, trimming, edging lawns, weeding, raking and picking up leaves and debris. Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday and be available for occasional overtime.
Be able to operate and perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment.
Have a basic knowledge of irrigation system.
Responsible for maintaining refuse collection system on campus.
Assist Groundskeeper II and Grounds Lead with fertilizing.
Assist with maintaining all grassy playing surfaces in a manner that is suitable for that particular sport.
Pressure wash tennis courts, track, sidewalks and other areas as assigned.
Custodial care of areas as designated by the Facilities Manager during the winter schedule.
Do set-ups and break-downs as requested.
Working knowledge of material safety data sheets and proper use of personal protective equipment.
