Summary: This full time position supports the planning, implementation and stewardship of the Advancement Department’s programs and events, with a goal of helping to increase philanthropic support, awareness and engagement.
Reporting: This position reports to the Associate Director of Institutional Advancement/Director of Parent and Alumni Relations.
Support and coordinate Advancement Department events, including: Reunions, Galas (CKO), Campaign events, Parent and Grandparent events, and Annual fund/Leadership Donor events
Support Annual Fund efforts including direct mail and email communications, brochures, reports, phonathons, social media and other efforts as needed
Stewardship of named funds
Assist with the gathering of updates for records/magazine
Finalize board reports for Advancement Department
Assist with organizing and supporting KO volunteers, including Parent Association and Gala and Reunion Committees
1+ years related experience
Highly organized, reliable and possess strong oral and written communication skills
Must demonstrate strong database experience, preferably with Raiser’s Edge
Conditions of Employment:
This is a full-time non-exempt 12 month position. This position is subject to evening hours and weekends.
