Middlebridge School is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and highly organized educational professional with experience and a passion for working with high students through the Post-Secondary Transition and Placement Process.
The MBS Transition Coordinator will provide students with opportunities to explore and learn about a variety of post-secondary choices following their graduation from high school or the MBS postgraduate program, will assist students and parents in the college application and admissions process, and will help students gain a better awareness of the supports and resources they will need following high school.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Teaching transition classes and seminars
Facilitating and overseeing the entire post-secondary application process
Visiting colleges and programs and learning about new post-secondary programs
Collaborating with families, educational professionals, and MBS administration regarding student programs and transition process.
Position is 12 months a year with regularly scheduled vacations and flexible summer hours. Full-time employment includes Health Benefits and being a part of an exceptional school community.
