The Head of School is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, ongoing supervision and evaluation of all faculty and staff, and for setting standards for professional development. The Head oversees the school's curriculum and facilities and plays an active role in admissions, student life, community outreach, and fundraising. Working closely with the school's Board of Trustees to set policies and to construct the strategic and educational direction for the school, the Head will work within the framework of the school's culture, policies, procedures, and Board-approved budget to:
Ensure the holistic educational development and effective operation of the school.
Promote the achievement of excellence in academics, arts, and athletics.
Maintain high standards of ethical and moral responsibilities.
Continue to refine and deliver on the school's strategic plans.

Additional Salary Information: Additional Salary Information: A salary commensurate with experience, degree attainment, and qualifications is paid to employees annually.
