Mount Snow Academy seeks energetic college graduates to participate in our Alpenglow Internship Program. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to spend the winter skiing or riding while gaining experience in a vibrant, competitive, and focused environment. The program runs from November 1, 2018 through March 30, 2019. There are openings in all academic disciplines, and interns may also coach alpine ski racing, freeskiing or snowboarding. Interns will teach and/or coach, and participate in the residential program.
Mount Snow Academy is a winter sports academy in southern Vermont. All of our classes are taught one-on-one and we maintain a high academic standard while fostering each student’s unique athletic calling. Our students compete at the local, state, regional and national levels, and developments in the facility have improved our program and spurred recent growth. Our new campus has allowed us to house the residential, academic and athletic programs under one roof. We are on the map and growing by leaps and bounds. Alpenglow Interns are an integral part of this growth.
We seek candidates who have recently graduated from college and are passionate about winter sports and working with kids. Successful candidates will be flexible, patient, and willing to learn on the job. This is a great way to kick-start a career in education or coaching, and ski while building your resume. In addition to life-long memories, MSA provides interns with room, board, a season pass to Mount Snow, and a stipend based on coaching and/or teaching duties.
