We are seeking an educational leader as our head of middle school who can help us continue to build and refine a dynamic, modern education experience for all of our students. Working with an outstanding and committed faculty and joining a forward-thinking school, we are seeking a person with an innovative vision for all aspects of the middle school experience, including middle school teaching and learning. Experience in leading and inspiring faculty is also necessary, with a demonstrated ability and commitment to engage effectively with students. As a community that embraces diversity and inclusion, the leader must be curious and bring knowledge and experience related to empathy, social-emotional learning, and collaborative problem solving. We expect that as an active member of the Wellington leadership team, the new head of middle school will bring an unflappable optimism and a charismatic presence, comfortable and skilled in written communication and public speaking.
