The Agnes Irwin School seeks a qualified candidate for Registrar of the Middle and Upper Schools. The primary responsibility of this full-time position is to effectively and accurately manage the School’s student information systems, and course/classroom scheduling functions.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to: • Ensure the accuracy and security of all student records • Oversee activities for tracking, storing, and retrieving student records, class schedules, enrollment data, and attendance data • Maintain software used to create transcripts, and assist College Counseling with all aspects of document preparation and delivery for college applications • Generate reports of student progress, within and outside normal report card times • Create and maintain Master Schedule for Middle and Upper Schools • Coordinate scheduling of special Middle and Upper School student, parent, and faculty events, including Parents’ Nights, and conferences
Successful candidates will possess: • Associate of Arts degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience • Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, experience with Blackbaud On Suite highly preferred • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills; ability to comprehend and interpret technical writing • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, adept at balancing multiple tasks and objectives • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team • Outstanding customer service skills; ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, students, and parents
