The Director of the Lower and Middle School reports to the Head of School. The division director has the responsibility for all curricular and non-curricular development/activities involving students and faculty in the Lower and Middle School. The Director also works in conjunction with the School’s Academic Team (Director of Upper School and Head of School) regarding articulation of the program grades 4-12, and the hiring, evaluation, supervision and support of instructional and support personnel. Salaries are competitive. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits which include full medical, dental, and vision coverage and participation in an ample retirement plan with TIAA-CREF.
