The Baldwin School interscholastic squash program is one of the finest in the country with four international squash courts housed in a $25 million dollar athletic center.
The School is currently seeking an experienced associate squash pro to extend the breadth and depth of our instructional program. The qualified pro will be responsible for assisting with developing and enhancing squash programming within our community. The focus of this role will be on both high performance instruction and education in squash. The associate pro will have a role in all of our interscholastic teams at both the upper and middle school levels. The associate squash pro will teach both private and group lessons within our Squash Academy and have the opportunity to coach some of the country's top junior players.
To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years of squash coaching experience at various levels and/or equivalent professional playing experience. In addition:
Bachelors degree preferred
Level 3 coaching certification or equivalent
Track record in program or club development and squash entrepreneurship
Exceptional inter-personal communication skills
Organizationally proficient, reliable and professional
