Software and Administrative support to Advancement Office including Advancement reports and oversight of Advancement database
Oversee software needed for Advancement, determine needs and develop solutions.
Provide guidance and technical support to Blackbaud users.
Develop and deliver fundraising progress reports.
Provide support to Advancement staff by creation of reports and mailing lists and serving as Advancement liaison with Accounting and IT.
Oversee the daily operation of the Advancement database and support database needs for all areas within Advancement; annual giving, alumni relations, and special events.
Part-time, non-exempt, 10 month position
3-5 years of relevant technology experience preferably in education or fundraising
Demonstrated systems analysis and database skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work evenings or weekends as needed for special events as well as additional hours during peak times
Experience with relational database management preferably Raiser's Edge, proficient with Crystal reports, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
