Jewish Community High School located in San Francisco is seeking a Varsity Boys Volleyball Head Coach for the Fall 2018 season. The season begins on January 28th, 2019 and ends on April 17, 2019.
A strong candidate would be someone with experience coaching volleyball at the high school and/or college level - any additional experience is welcome. Potential candidates must be able to teach the fundamentals of volleyball as well as be able to work and challenge higher level players. In our everyday interactions, policies, practices and programs JCHS aspires to be an inclusive school that lives its commitment to equity, empathy, cultural competence and respect. Religious affiliation not required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all duties associated with planning, organizing, and supervising team practices and games
- Develop and implement game strategies
- Model good sportsmanship and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators
- Adhere to all CIF, NCS, and BAC rules and regulations
Competitive, and commensurate with experience.
